I’ve been to a lot of different pho spots in the U.S. everytime I visit a new city I try their pho. No place has topped pho pasteur in Arlington. Everytime I come to Texas I have to get it! Between the perfect broth, and tender meat. Amazing appetizers. You won’t be disappointed
I was in town and wanted to have some pho with my friend. I’ve been to pho Pasteur before and there are other locations but not sure if it’s the same franchise. This is the first time I’ve been here though. Food was good and portions are pretty big. We ordered the traditional shrimp and pork spring rolls, pho dat biet (beef mix), and bun Bo hue (spicy pork and beef noodle soup). We were so full at the end. Service was great! Server was attentive and respectful. Place is pretty big, great for small and large groups. If you’re in this area, definitely try this place out. Till then, let’s eat!
We had a date night here and it was the best experience! Everything we ate tasted AMAZING with really fresh ingredients! As foodies we wanted to taste a few menu items and we were blown away. The service was top notch, our server was attentive and friendly. This is our new favorite pho spot!

My kids and I enjoyed our food! I had the steak and beef rib pho and shrimp spring rolls. My kids had the steak pho. The customer service was great. The portion size was good. 10/10 recommend
Pho here is so good and always hot! My favorite is the vegetable Pho , Food is fresh . I love the hot tea it’s loose leaf . The shrimp noodles and the grilled pork spring rolls are delicious
May, 2025 We finally tried their new location after they moved. It feels a bit smaller, but still seats a lot of people. We ordered Kids Chicken Pho, Crispy Noodle dish, Bun Rieu, and Seafood Pho. The food is still as good as before. 2023 My family enjoys this restaurant for pho. It's as good as it gets with the flavor. I usually order the main Pasteur combo and my wife likes the Bun Rieu. They have so many meat combinations to choose from. My kids, who are picky eaters, also like the pho. All the employees we interact with are very friendly. It is usually busy here on weekends, but the wait isn't long because the service is fast.
